【046】Improvement and application of PFC-2000 online pipeline detector

Abstract:The wall thickness and strength of pipeline can be reduced by corrosion and other factors during using, which may lead to leakage and other accidents. In conventional pipeline detection, the wall thickness is detected by thickness gauge. As the heat insulation layer of detection area has to be removed during detecting, the conventional pipeline detection method has the character of long detection period, high cost and limited detection area. By using PFC-2000 ray pipeline detector, pipeline can be rapidly detected by scan mode without remove heat insulation layer. And, the detection results have nothing to do with the media in the pipeline. By PFC-2000 ray pipeline detector, can location corrosion point and comprehensive evaluation the pipeline corrosion condition. The application scope and detection accuracy of PFC-2000 ray pipeline detector were developed by experiment research and technology upgrade, which lead to the development of pipeline detection technique.

摘 要:針對(duì)目前油水井中在役油管使用狀況的檢測(cè)儀器和方法對(duì)油管外壁腐蝕檢測(cè)的局限性,提出了一種電磁檢測(cè)方法。該方法采用雙極性低頻脈沖激勵(lì),取代了傳統(tǒng)的正弦激勵(lì);采用了“時(shí)間切片法”對(duì)信號(hào)作時(shí)域分析,通過對(duì)油管模擬外壁腐蝕缺陷的檢測(cè),取得了良好的效果;對(duì)油管壁厚計(jì)算值的誤差分析表明,計(jì)算值與實(shí)際值的相對(duì)誤差較小。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法能夠檢測(cè)油管的外壁腐蝕,并能較準(zhǔn)確地給出油管剩余壁厚的平均值。

【048】A Magnetic Inspection Method for Tubing Corrosion

Abstract:To overcome the shortcomings such as inspection instruments and methods for corrosion on outside wall of tubing which used in oil wells, a magnetic inspection method is present. Dual polarity low-frequency pulse is used to excite the coil instead of transitional sinusoidal signals. A time-domain analysis method called “time slicing method” is utilized for detected signals processing, good testing results are present by inspect for simulate outside corrosion on tubing; the relative errors between calculated value and the actual value of tubing wall thickness are very small. Experimental results show that corrosion on outside wall of tubing can be detected and the average value of residual wall thickness of tubing can be given more accurately by the method.

摘 要:遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)渦流檢測(cè)適用于鐵磁性型材和零件的檢測(cè),能發(fā)現(xiàn)裂紋、減薄、凹坑等表面和近表面缺陷,可以確定缺陷的位置和相對(duì)尺寸,但難于判定缺陷的種類。本文介紹兩種缺陷分析方法,并分析對(duì)比試樣上缺陷波形的特征,應(yīng)用于碳鋼換熱管束的檢測(cè)中。

【049】Defect analysis method of Remote Field Eddy Current testing for ferromagnetic pipes inspection
Abstract:Remote field eddy current testing suitable for ferromagnetic profiles and parts inspection, can find crack, thinning, potholes surface and near surface defect, can determine defects and location of the relative size, but difficult to determine defects types. This paper describes two defect analysis method, comparative analysis on the characteristics of sample defect waveform and applied to the carbon steel heat-exchanger tubing of detection.

摘 要:相控陣檢測(cè)技術(shù)是利用電子方式控制相控陣探頭合成的聲束來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)超聲波發(fā)射、接收的方法。相控陣檢測(cè)基本原理是:調(diào)整陣列換能器各陣元發(fā)射/接收的相位延遲,使得合成聲束在一定范圍內(nèi)形成聚焦、偏轉(zhuǎn)等效果。它最突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是:檢測(cè)靈敏度高,檢測(cè)結(jié)果直觀、重復(fù)性好、可實(shí)時(shí)顯示。本文就是利用相控陣檢測(cè)這一優(yōu)點(diǎn),采用0o線形掃差方式,探索研究壓力容器不開罐情況下實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)壁母材點(diǎn)腐蝕的檢測(cè)。

Abstract:Phased array inspection technology is the use of electronic control of the synthesis of phased array probe beam to achieve ultrasonic transmitter and receiver of the method. Phased array testing is a basic principle: to adjust the array transducer array transmit / receive the phase delay, making synthetic beam forming focus within a certain range, deflection and other effects. 摘 要:超聲TOFD檢測(cè)技術(shù)做為一種先進(jìn)的現(xiàn)代超聲成像技術(shù),在我國(guó)已經(jīng)得到越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用,本文介紹了TOFD檢測(cè)中可能遇到的各種盲區(qū)產(chǎn)生的原理、形式和計(jì)算方法,并分析了探頭頻率、楔塊角度、晶片直徑、探頭中心距、脈沖寬度和焊縫形式等方面對(duì)盲區(qū)的影響,提出了在實(shí)際檢測(cè)中如何避免盲區(qū)而帶來(lái)漏檢的工藝措施。

Abstract:It has been more and more widely used that TOFD ultrasonic inspection technology is an advanced modern ultrasonic imaging technology. The paper introduces the principle, feature and calculating method of the dead zone encountered in the TOFD inspection. Furthermore, it is analyzed that the effect caused by the probe frequency and dimension, the wedge angle, probe centre separation(PCS), pulse width and welding form etc on the dead zone. All kinds of techonogy measures is advised to avoid or reduce the dead zone in the actual inspection.

摘 要:脈沖渦流檢測(cè)技術(shù)是一種新興的電磁無(wú)損檢測(cè)技術(shù),激勵(lì)參數(shù)與脈沖渦流檢測(cè)靈敏度、渦流滲透深度密切相關(guān),選擇合適的激勵(lì)參數(shù)十分必要。采用COMSOL有限元仿真軟件建立了脈沖渦流圓柱型探頭的有限元模型,分析了不同幅值、不同占空比以及幅值與時(shí)間的乘積相同情況下對(duì)金屬部件表面下缺陷的檢測(cè)的影響。通過有限元仿真分析,提出增大激勵(lì)幅值可以提高檢測(cè)的靈敏度,而增大占空比可以提高渦流的滲透深度。本結(jié)論為工程實(shí)踐金屬內(nèi)部缺陷檢測(cè)提供一定的參考價(jià)值。

【053】Simulation on the defect Effect of Excitation Parameters Using Pulsed Eddy Current Testing

Abstract:Pulsed eddy current (PEC) testing technology is a burgeoning electromagnetic nondestructive testing technology, eddy current penetration depth and the senstitivity have a close relationship with excitation parameters, appropriate excitation parameters is very necessary. The finite model of circular probe using COMSOL is built on subsurface defect with different peak of excitation, different duty cycle of excitation and the same integral of amplitude on the time. After simulation, increasing the peak of excitation can get better sensibility and the duty cycle can decide the penetration depth through data analysis of Matlab. The conclusion will provide some references on subsurface defect detection.

摘 要:由于現(xiàn)有管道外檢測(cè)技術(shù)在管道內(nèi)壁檢測(cè)上存在盲區(qū),基于有限元的電磁場(chǎng)仿真,提出了一種基于管道受激交變磁場(chǎng)的外檢測(cè)技術(shù)。ANSYS的仿真結(jié)果表明:合理配置的傳感器陣列所采集的磁場(chǎng)信號(hào),經(jīng)過頻譜分析可以有效辨別管道缺陷的內(nèi)外壁位置,并實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)其管壁圓周位置、尺寸等參數(shù)的定量測(cè)量。

【056】窄脈沖探頭用高阻抗背襯的簡(jiǎn)易制作方法

摘 要:窄脈沖探頭具有脈沖持續(xù)時(shí)間短、分辨率高等特點(diǎn),能夠有效的對(duì)奧氏體不銹鋼進(jìn)行超聲檢測(cè)。本文提出了一種簡(jiǎn)易的高阻抗背襯制作方法,能夠得到較高的聲阻抗和聲衰減率。使用自制背襯對(duì)探頭進(jìn)行聲匹配后,能夠有效降低探頭的脈沖周期,提高信噪比,改善探傷性能。

【056】A simple way to get high acoustic impedance and attenuation for Narrow-Pulse probe
Abstract:Austenitic stainless steel can be detected effective with ultrasonic method by Narrow-Pulse probe for it’s short duration of a pulse,high defect resolution.In this paper we find a simple way to get backing which have high acoustic impedance and attenuation of sound.Probe acoustically matched by self-made backing can improve inspection ability with lower pulse periods and increased signal to noise ratio(SNR).
