      報告題目:“EPR全球首堆”核電站在役檢查技術研究和裝備開發及工程應用
      報告摘要:
      EPR(European Pressurized Reactor)是世界上單堆功率最大的第三代先進核電機組。該堆型控制棒驅動機構(CRDM)、主回路管道(MCL)、穩壓器電加熱元件等關鍵部件的結構設計、材料選型和加工工藝等方面進行了綜合創新。這些創新顯著提高了核電站安全性能,同時也對保障設備安全運行所需的在役檢查技術提出了新挑戰和新要求,需要研究開發適合EPR堆型特點的在役檢查技術與檢查裝備。本文在中國廣核集團重大科技項目支持下,圍繞EPR核電站控制棒驅動機構、主回路管道、穩壓器電加熱元件等關鍵部件工程檢測需求,從在役檢查核心工藝開發、專用裝備研制、技術驗證平臺建設等方面進行攻關,形成具有自主知識產權的核心技術和裝備體系并成功應用于EPR全球首堆核電站的役前檢查和在役檢查工程實踐,提升了我國三代核電在役檢查技術的核心競爭力,為世界上同類型機組的在役檢查提供寶貴經驗和解決方案,積極支撐我國核電“走出去”戰略。本報告相關技術成果經中國核能行業協會科技鑒定,整體技術達到“國際領先水平”。

      劉金宏研究員簡歷:
      劉金宏,研究員,1983年獲東南大學電廠熱能動力專業學士學位,37年核電工作經驗,中國廣核集團“優秀共產黨員”、“模范員工”。他先后帶領隊伍榮獲蘇州市科技進步一等獎、江蘇省科技進步三等獎、中國發明專利優秀獎、日內瓦發明專利金獎、深圳市科技進步一等獎、國家科技進步二等獎等系列獎項。現任中國廣核集團蘇州熱工研究院有限公司總經理助理,中國能源研究會核能專業委員會秘書長,致力于為打造國內領先、國際一流核電運營技術研究院積極貢獻力量。主要研究興趣集中在核電廠質量管理、無損檢測、在役檢查、監檢測新技術研究等領域。

      ReportAbstract:
      EPR(European Pressurized Reactor) is the third generation nuclear power unit withthe largest single reactor capacity in the world. The control rod drivemechanism (CRDM), main loop pipe (MCL) and electric heating element of PZR inthe reactor nuclear island have been innovated comprehensively in structuraldesign, material selection and processing technology of components. Theseinnovations not only significantly improve the safety performance of nuclearpower plants, but also put forward new challenges and requirements to thein-service inspection technology needed to ensure the safety of the operationof components. Therefore, it is urgent to establish in-service inspectiontechnology and inspection equipment suitable for the characteristics of EPR.This report is supported by CGN's major science and technology projects, aroundthe EPR nuclear power plant control rod drive mechanism, the primary loop pipe,PZR electric heating elements of engineering detection requirements, from thecheck in service core technology development, equipment development, technicalverification platform construction, formed with independent intellectualproperty rights of core technology and equipment system and successfullyapplied to the world's first EPR nuclear power plant PSI and ISI engineeringpractice. It has effectively enhanced the core competitiveness of China'sthird-generation in-service inspection technology, provided valuable experienceand solutions for in-service inspection of similar units in the world, andactively supported the "going global" strategy of China's nuclearpower technology. Relevant technological achievements have been appraised byChinese Nuclear Energy Association, and the overall technology has reached the "internationalleading level".
