      基于金屬磁記憶方法的磁滯磁彈耦合模型和無損評價
      報告摘要:
      應力集中將導致材料的機械性能下降,并可能導致災難性破壞,這對人們的生活和經濟發展構成威脅。金屬磁記憶(MMM)方法已被開發為一種新的被動無損評估(NDT)技術。它可用于檢測鐵磁材料中的應力狀態(例如彈性應力,殘余應力和應力集中)和損傷狀態(例如剛度降低,孔洞和裂縫)。但是,由于缺乏簡單有效的磁彈性模型,因此尚未對MMM的定量解釋進行深入研究。在這次演講中,建立了一種基于微觀統計方法的磁滯磁彈性耦合模型,以解釋MMM的物理機理。該模型需要很少的材料參數進行計算,相對直觀,具有明確的物理意義和廣泛的應用范圍。在此模型的基礎上,通過理論和實驗研究了在均質應力和應力集中下具有孔和裂紋的MFL信號,并表征了MFL信號。實驗結果與理論結果的比較表明,所提出的模型對于描述MMM現象是有效的。

      汪越勝教授簡歷:
      汪越勝,天津大學力學系教授。1988年獲上海復旦大學應用力學博士學位,然后在北京交通大學工程力學研究所任教。1993年在哈爾濱工業大學固體力學專業任教。1993年至1995年,在哈爾濱土木建筑大學擔任博士后研究員。2018年加入TJU。目前的研究興趣集中在聲子晶體/超材料/超表面,金屬材料和粘合接頭的損傷的非線性超聲NDTE以及基于金屬磁性記憶的鐵磁材料的NDTE技術。 現任《固體力學學報》的副主編,《應用數學和力學》和《國際應用力學》雜志編委。

      A Hysteretic Magnetoelastic Coupling Model and NDE based on Metal Magnetic Memory Method

      Abstract
      Stress concentration will cause the decrease of materials’ mechanical properties and may result in catastrophefailure, which is a threat for people’s life and the economic development. The Metal Magnetic Memory (MMM) method has been developed as a new passive nondestructive evaluation (NDT) technique. It can be applied to detect thestress states (e.g. elastic stress, residual stress and stress concentration) and the damage states (e.g. stiffness degradation, holes and cracks) inferromagnetic materials. However, the quantitative interpretation for MMM hasnot been studied thoroughly due to the lack of a simple and effective magnetoelastic model. In this talk, a new hysteretic magnetoelastic coupling model based on the micro-statistical method is developed to interpret the physical mechanism of MMM. This model, which requires few material parameters for calculation, is relatively intuitive with a clear physical meaning and awide range of application. Based on the proposed model, the MFL signals under homogeneous stress and stress concentration with hole and cracks are studied experimentally and theoretically, and the characterizations of MFL signals areobtained. The comparison between the experimental and theoretical resultsindicates that the proposed model is effective to describe the MMM phenomenon.

      Yue-Sheng Wang is a Professor at Department of Mechanics in Tianjin University (TJU). He received his B.S. in Applied Mechanics from Fudan University, Shanghai, in 1988, and Ph.D. in Solid Mechanics from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1993. Then he worked with Harbin University of Civil Engineering and Architecture as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow from 1993 to 1995. He held faculty position at Institute of Engineering Mechanics, Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU) before he joined TJU in 2018. His current research interests focus on phononiccrystals / metamaterials / metasurfaces, nonlinear ultrasonic NDT&E of damage for metal materials and adhesive joints, and NDT&E technique basedon metal magnetic memory for ferromagnetic materials. He is now the associate editor-in-chief of Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica, and the editorial board member of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics and International Journal of Applied Mechanics.
