1. Prepare the NDE procedure, technique sheets and other necessary documents;
2. Calibrate the testing devices, and perform the NDE operations;
3. Record & evaluate the testing results, and issue the NDE reports;
4. Solve the technical problem which happened at workshop or jobsite;
5. Qualify the NDE personnel inside or outside the company as per the related standard or code;
6. Provide the technical supports to sales or other departments.
職責(zé):
1. 編制無損檢測程序, 工藝卡及其它必要的文件;
2. 校驗(yàn)檢測設(shè)備, 執(zhí)行探傷任務(wù);
3. 記錄并評(píng)定檢測結(jié)果, 簽發(fā)探傷報(bào)告;
4. 協(xié)助解決車間或現(xiàn)場遇到的有關(guān)探傷的技術(shù)問題;
5. 根據(jù)國際或國內(nèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)公司內(nèi)部或外部的人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)考核;
6. 為銷售或其他部門提供技術(shù)支持. | | 職位要求： | Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering related, such as material, welding, NDE, etc.
2. At least 5 years work experience in the NDE field;
3. ASNT level III qualification is essential, plus level III qualification by China authority will be preferred;
4. Be familiar with the international and national standards, such as ASNT-TC-1A, ASME, ASTM, EN,GB, JB, etc.;
5. Be familiar with the manufacturing process about the industrial products or equipment;
6. Know well about the quality control process, including the quality documents involved;
7. English communication skills are required for the daily work or training to personnel;
8. Good health and be willing to travel often within China or oversea.
要求:
1. 大學(xué)及以上學(xué)歷, 機(jī)械工程相關(guān)專業(yè)如材料, 焊接, 無損檢測等;
2. 至少5年以上無損檢測工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3. 必須持有ASNT III級(jí)證書, 另有國內(nèi)III資質(zhì)者優(yōu)先錄用;
4. 熟悉國際國內(nèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn), 如ASNT-TC-1A, ASME, ASTM, EN, GB, JB等;
5. 熟悉工業(yè)產(chǎn)品或設(shè)備的制造工藝;
6. 熟悉過程質(zhì)量控制程序, 包括相關(guān)的文件等;
7. 英語交流能力能應(yīng)對(duì)日常的檢測任務(wù)和對(duì)人員的培訓(xùn)考核;

1. Review the documents submitted by the manufacturers, including related drawings, technical /process documents, quality documents (ITP), etc;
2. Carry out the workshop inspections/process quality controls for raw material, boiler, pressure vessel, piping, etc;
3. Witness all the inspection points which indicated in the ITP;
4. Expedite and report the production progress if required;
5. Inspection & supervision the erection & commissioning of boiler, pressure vessel or piping at site;
6. Evaluate the supply capabilities of the vendors if requested;
7. Issue the Quality Inspection Release after completion of all inspections.
職責(zé):
1. 審查制造商提交的文件, 包括相關(guān)的圖紙, 技術(shù)/工藝文件, 質(zhì)量文件(檢驗(yàn)和試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃)等;
2. 對(duì)材料, 鍋爐, 壓力容器, 管道等產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行車間檢驗(yàn)/過程質(zhì)量控制;
3. 檢查和監(jiān)督鍋爐, 壓力容器和管道的現(xiàn)場安裝和調(diào)試;
4. 如有要求, 對(duì)制造進(jìn)度進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和報(bào)告;
5. 對(duì)檢驗(yàn)和試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃的檢驗(yàn)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行見證檢查;
6. 如有要求, 對(duì)供應(yīng)商的供貨能力做現(xiàn)場評(píng)審;
7. 完成所有檢查后, 給部件開具質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)放行單. | | 職位要求： | Requirements:

3. Material, NDE or welding background with certificate will be preferable;

5. Be familiar with the China standards, as well as the international standards, such as GB, JB, ASME, ASTM, EN, etc.;
6. Be familiar with the manufacturing process about the pressure retaining products;

9. Good personal computer skills for daily reporting work;

7. Give the supports or solutions to the inspector or manufacturer to solve the welding quality issues happened at workshop or jobsite.
